Terms

These apply to everyone who plays Shooty or buys coins in it.

The game

Shooty is an online multiplayer game played in a web browser. You need an account to play. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself.

Play fairly. Accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players or try to interfere with the game or its servers may be removed from matches, suspended or closed.

Coins

Coins are a currency used only inside Shooty. They are earned by playing and can also be bought. They are spent on outfits, weapon finishes and emotes, which change how things look and give no advantage in a match.

Coins and the things bought with them have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, sold or transferred to another player or account, and they cannot be used to bet or wager.

Buying coins

Coins are sold in packs at the price shown in the Store at the time, in Indian rupees. Depending on what the Store offers, you pay either by UPI straight to the UPI ID the Store shows you, or on a payment provider's own secure form. Shooty never sees or stores your card or bank details, or your UPI PIN.

When you pay by UPI to the Store's UPI ID, you then send the payment's reference number (UTR) and a screenshot of it. The coins are added to your account when that payment has been approved, which is normally very quick. A payment that cannot be matched to money received is not approved, and no coins are added for it. Pay the exact amount shown, and send each payment in once.

When you pay on a payment provider's form, coins are added once the provider confirms the payment. If a payment is confirmed late, the coins are added when it is.

You must be 18 or over to buy coins, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who is.

What can and cannot be refunded is set out in the refund policy.

Changes

The game, the prices of things in it and these terms may change. Coins you already have, and things you have already bought with them, stay yours for as long as the game runs.

The game is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and it may one day be closed down.

Your data

What Shooty keeps about you, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
